Hotel Quintessence

Preceding or following the benefits of massages and our treatments, succumb to the temptation of the steam bath, the sauna, the infinity pool (open in summer only) or the whirlpool bath at the time of a spectacular sunset. For the more athletic, you will also find your exercise room here. A paradise on earth... the Spa Sans Sabots!

*Please note that our outdoor pool is not heated, but used has a Nordic experience and maintained at 60 F or 16 C. During the summer season, the temperature is maintained between 73 and 75 C.

The restaurant La Quintessence, rated Four Diamonds CAA/AAA, is a must in Tremblant. Open year round every day.

If the dining room has to close, you can order your meal to your room.

The opening hours of the Restaurant La Quintessence are Sunday to Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., as well as Thursday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

If you arrive before 4 p.m. and your suite is not ready, you are invited to leave your luggage in storage and your car with our valet team. You could enjoy either our restaurant, our spa, or an activity organized in advance with our concierge.

We do not guarantee late departures, but if you want to enjoy our facilities or Tremblant a little after noon, you can leave your car in our parking lot and your luggage in storage. The use of our Spa or our swimming pool depends on the occupancy at the hotel. We invite you to inquire beforehand.

Because we are a boutique hotel with a small number of suites, cancellations affect our hotel significantly. As a result, we have a strict cancellation policy because a last-minute cancellation gives us little time to re-book the suite. Once you arrive at the hotel, in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made, and the balance of your reservation will be required upon your departure. 

Your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is received 3 days prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or modification received within 2 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.

Holiday Season: December 21^st, 2024 to January 3^rd, 2025

In the event of a cancellation or modification received 29 days or less before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Stays 8 nights or more

In the event of a cancellation or modification received 13 days or less before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Best available Rate (Non-cancellable, non-refundable)

With this rate, you enjoy a 10 % rebate on the Rate of the day, however, our cancellation policy is more stringent. If we receive a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Also, there is no possibility to transfer at an ulterior date.

*Once the cancellation period has begun, in the event of a cancellation or an early departure, no refund will be made. The balance of your charges will be required when you leave.
