La Quintessence restaurant proffers, in a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, and outstanding gastronomical experience. The top level cuisine created by our renowned chef, featuring local products, has earned La Quintessence a Four Diamond rating, awarded jointly by the CAA and the AAA ; only 30 restaurants, in the whole Province of Quebec, have merited such recognition.
One can enjoy the culinary creations of our chef in our 80-seat dining room, in the Jardin des saveurs ( a greenhouse with intimate dining space ) or, during summer, on our outdoor terrace, near the pool. If one's heart so desires, in-room dining service on the private balcony, is available. There is also live music on special occasions.
Wine lovers can trust our award-winning sommelier to guide them and help them discover some extraordinary wines lying in our 5 000-bottle cellar. These great finds can be enjoyed in our dining room, or tasting room or in the Winebar.
Winebar & Cellar
Our Winebar is a comfortable, relaxing area providing discreet service and a wide selection of rare single malt scotches, ports, cognacs and liqueurs. Enjoy a tasty lunch in the Winebar's warm ambience.
Our elegant, exposed 60-foot long wine cellar has a capacity of 5000 bottles. Large, tinted picture windows, decorated with wrought iron, allow you to watch our sommeliers at work. The Wine cellar contains rare treasures from all over the globe - exceptional wines from the Bordeaux and Bourgogne regions, of course, but also outstanding wines of the new world.
A tasting room located in a secluded turret of the cellar allows wine connoisseurs to experience some of the world's best wines in ideal conditions.
