Thai Massage
The Thai massage combines rhythmic movement with fluid Tai Chi techniques, soft stretching movements and pressure along the energy lines using the thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows and feet. Shiatsu Massage
A very ancient technique passed on by many generations of practitioners in Japan - an art with roots in ancient Chinese medicine. The SHIATSU uses pressure applied by thumb and hand to release dormant energy stored along the meridians. It is an excellent stress reliever and helps prevent numerous stress-related diseases. Hot Stone Massage
The HOT STONE massage involves the application of heated volcanic stones covered with oil. These smooth stones are placed at specific energy points and used to massage the body.
